The evidence is clear – whether you catch a viral infection, and how fast you heal from one depends mightily upon your thoughts, emotions, and beliefs – whether or not you are consciously aware of them! Our governments have massively failed us. Another American dies every minute of every day!
In this presentation, I will share two self-healing meditations, as well as share with you my theory of how this transformation takes place. One guided imagery meditation will be for general healing, as in the famous Healing Journey program. The second experience will demonstrate how your mind can employ the actual physiology of the body to stimulate general and specific positive change.
